Where are your products made?

All of our lash products are handcrafted by skilled artisans across various facities in Vietnam, where we have full-time team members, using materials sourced from Korea.

Our adhesives are developed and manufactured in Korea at world-class manufacturing facilities, subject to strict chemical manufacturing standards.

Our accessories are sourced from both Vietnam and China. We have developed strong partnerships to enable high quality products at the best possible prices which we pass on to our clients.

We are committed to providing you exceptional products and are confident to proudly say that all of our suppliers and manufacturing partners offer the best quality craftsmanship and adhere to the highest fair labor and environmental stewardship standards.

We are proud of our manufacturing processes and are fully committed to building products and a brand with integrity. SHIPPING

How much does domestic (AUS) shipping cost? How long will it take to get my order?

All orders over $150 receive free shipping and we charge a flat rate of $11.95 for all orders under $150. We charge a flat rate as we believe our clients should not be penalised for where they are located relative to us.

We are strongly committed to helping all lash artists play on a level playing field.

All our Australian orders are posted Express via Australia Post. Orders before 2pm Perth time and processed on the same day. We do not process shipping orders on Saturday, Sunday or Western Australian Public Holidays. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but based on our experience with Australia Post, customers can expect the following delivery times:

- Perth: Next business day

- Other Capital Cities: 2 business days

- Rural locations: +1 business day

We aim to be extremely flexible with pickup orders, as we understand that our orders are critical to our client's livelihoods.

Please contact us directly via Instagram or Facebook to discuss urgent pickup orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships (usually within 1 business day), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

If it has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, send us an email or contact us on Instagram or Facebook and we will gladly assist you!

Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside of Australia)? How does it work?

Yes, we ship internationally!

Although it’s more expensive and logistically complex, we work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for customers around the world.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

How do I exchange or return a product?

We want you to love your our products. Pretty simple, right? If you don't, for any reason whatsover, we are committed to making the return process as efficient and seamless as possible.

Please contact us (either via email, Instgram or Facebook) with your order number and we will send you a Express Post return label, and you can drop your return off at any Australia Post letterbox or location.

Refunds or exchanges are processed as soon as we receive the return products (usually withing 3 business days of you posting us your return)

For our longstanding customers with prior purchase history with us, we can send you exchanges prior to receiving your return, to save you time and ensure you have the products you need for your business.

When should I expect my refund?

Once you have posted your return (via the Express Post return label we provide you), please allow up to 7 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than this time, please contact us

Our lash products are handcrafted alongside similar products from other brands that charge you 30 - 100% more

Through responsive production, direct relationships with our manufacturing partners, a lean business model, and long-term thinking, we’re able to make zero compromises in terms of quality materials, manufacturing, or business ethics and provide you a best-in-class product at a good price.

Our Honest & Consistent Pricing model means we don't need to take into account "sales" pricing that inflate our regular prices.

We believe that offering you a great value is the foundation to long-term business success and is the right thing to do.

The product I want is sold out. What should I do and how often do you restock?

We are committed to having stock on hand as we understand that our products are critical to our client's livelihoods.

However, at times our products can sell out, and we regularly restock our products on a rolling basis. Where we can, we provide estimate restock dates, otherwise please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Easy to set up and nice and small that it fits nicely on my lash trolley. Perfect addition to my lash set up.

Flat Lashes 0.15

I was really excited to use these however found the strip that the lashes were stuck to would peel up when trying to pull the lashes off, making it very hard to get a hold of the lashes. Resulted in bending the lashes and making them useless. Really wanted to like these ones. Maybe I need to try the normal lashes. Love August brand and their professionalism 🤎
